Job Type: Full Time

Duties: Design systems software; Match business needs with technology solutions; define systems strategy including developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and managing implementation; manage projects delivered to external customers; engage in project planning with the client; work with teammates to deliver the commitments made to the client; train and mentor junior members of the team including other developers; perform Adobe Campaign Development; develop campaign workflows after understanding the requirements provided by the client; perform unit, end to end, and user acceptance testing on the workflows; monitor the performance of the workflows; provide technical support to team members; communicate regarding requirements and project plan; perform demo of deliverables; gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines within the practice; and lead cross-functional engagement teams.

Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following:

1) Adobe Campaign Development;

2) User acceptance testing;

3) Java Script;

4) SQL;

5) database management;

6) performing unit, end to end, and user acceptance testing;

7) SPSS, R;

8) experience in segmentation of customers and products based on various criteria and business rules;

9) Jira, Visio, MS Project;

10) experience in project planning, resource allocation, Agile methodology;

11) IBM Cognos; and

12) Campaign Performance Reporting.

Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
