- Office is open Monday thru Friday
- Patients hours- 9 AM to 6 PM
- Employee hours-Mon - Thur 8:00-6:30, Friday 8:00-12:00, (once per month) and weekends off
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in reconstructive skin cancer surgeries
- Provide overall support to physicians and office operations
- Take patient histories and vital signs
- Prepare patients for examination and treatment
- Inject local anesthetics and medications
- Assist physicians in minor procedures and in-office surgeries
- Perform minor biopsy procedures and suture removals
- Prepare, maintain, and sterilize supplies and equipment in examination and treatment rooms
- Phone calls to patients, pharmacies, and other professional offices and home-care services
- Assist in chart documentation
- IV/Phlebotomy training a plus
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Esthetics / facials experience a "plus"
- Must have a current Florida license
Esthetics Services requirements:
- Perform esthetics services (HydraFacial™ and home-use product protocols and instructions)
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly wage up to 40 hours per week
- 2 weeks paid vacation per year (begins after 6 months of employment.)
- 6 paid holidays
- Vacation must be taken when the Dr. or PA are on vacation
- 65% of monthly health insurance premium reimbursed up to $300.00 per month (subject to change)
- Retirement plan.
- 3 month probationary period (no benefits or paid holidays until period has ended)
