Role Description: This position is a analyst position responsible for acquiring in-depth knowledge of Kronos application, working independently in completing project tasks and leading the execution of the following tasks as part of a business systems implementation: building system components, testing, documentation of workflows and other project information, implementation support and maintenance of Kronos application. In addition this position requires the ability to independently interact with clients and guide decision making as well as demonstrate critical thinking and follow through when developing solution to identified issues

Responsibilities and requirements:
• 6- 8 years of Kronos implementation/support experience required Experience with Kronos Workforce Management system version 8.1, including Workforce Integration Manager, Timekeeper Employee and Workforce Employee Self-Service, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling and ATK
• Good experience in Kronos implementation and should have handled 2 large implementations
• Create, Modify and Maintain Kronos Interfaces ,SSRS reports and write Adhoc reports.
• Kronos System configuration, Setups and Kronos application/Notification Servers start/stop
• Experience in upgrade/migration from version to another version and other Kronos patches and service releases.
• Maintain Clocks, trouble shoot or reboot clocks if required based on the issue. Apply firmware as required.
• Identify and resolve employee issues (Access issue, profile changes, timecard issue and other issues)
• Modify/Create new Genies and notifications
• Troubleshoot and work with Windows team for any application server issues including performance
• Troubleshoot and work with DBA team for any database issues including performance
• Strong code review and migration experience
• Knowledge of Kronos APIs is preferable
• Experience building and supporting integrations with other systems
• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to capture business requirement
• Experience on implementing Advance scheduler projects.
• Good knowledge on Kronos Server installation.
• Good knowledge on custom reporting.
