HII-TSD is currently seeking a Junior .Net/C# Web Developer to work out of Fort Belvoir, VA. This position authors and customizes .Net and C# to operate in a SharePoint Environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities
* Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers and project managers.
* Monitor tasks, track development efforts and track successes
* Other duties may be assigned, as necessary


Minimum Qualifications
* DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification
* Two years of experience in. NET Development (including MS.NET, C#, MVC 4+, and Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows Server web development)
* One year of experience with software development Unit Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, or other development testing experiences
* Two years of experience in SQL database development stored procedures
* Two years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
* Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills
* Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MSCA) - Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2016 Certification
* 2-4 Years with Bachelors or 0-2 Years with Masters or HS diploma + 6-8 years of relevant experience
* Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance


Preferred Requirements
* Strong proficiency in the .Net framework and coding in C#
* Proficiency in ASP.NET Web Forms and or MVC
* Proficiency in SQL and physical/logical database design
* A good understanding of Windows SharePoint Services and other web development experiences will be required in order to implement high quality, scalable and effective SharePoint solutions to support various organizational requirements.
* Have an understanding of HTML and CSS, and JavaScript/JQuery
* Knowledge of governance, including policies, practices, procedures, and decision forums
* Ability to develop unconventional solutions for customer requirements in a collaborative environment as part of a dynamic team and independently with customers at all levels
* Ability prepare and present briefings and training
* Ability to independently initiate, manage, execute, and report tasks, as identified
* Possession of excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
* Four years of experience in. NET Development (including MS.NET, C#, MVC 4+, and Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows Server web development)


Physical Requirements
May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
