The company's cloud-based platform allows access to information and the ability to collaborate in real-time across different devices without having to download software. The software platform's Intuitive functionality minimizes training required and allows users to work more efficiently while adhering to the highest standards of compliance and care.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will have a 50/50 mix of working as an individual contributor and leadership providing technical direction to a scrum team. You will need strong technical skills and the ability to lead by example with a history of delivering complex technology solutions in compressed timeframes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with business users and product owners to design and implement solutions based on product requirements as a member of an agile scrum team.
• Provide accurate estimates for anticipated work
• Deliver fault-tolerant, reliable, and scalable solutions
• Contribute in cross functional design reviews and review proposed solutions.
• Communicate status of work in progress to Scrummaster and management
• Mentor a team and bring them up to speed on new languages and skills.
• Manage competing priorities and play a role in major tech strategies.
• Understand both the business problem and the technical solution, and
• Ability to advocate for change when necessary

BACKGROUND

• Senior level experience designing, building, and maintaining modern web applications
• Strong experience with Java Spring , JPA and Angular development
• Experience in SQL, (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSql DB s.
• Experience designing and building REST services within a microservice architecture
• Experience in leading development teams that
• Experience applying DevOps and Agile principles and practices
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners / Stakeholders
• Experience in cloud native and cloud based applications.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems
• Ionic is a plus
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
