Signature Consultants is seeking a Java Developer for an opportunity with a client in Jersey City, NJ. The Candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, testing, supporting, maintaining and debugging software applications that support business units or support functions. The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of experience. Successful applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Technology - Strong in Java/J2EE, SQL server, Trading system knowledge, IBM MQ

Responsiblities:

Design. develop, enhance, debug, support, maintian and test Business tier applications that support business unit or supporting functions using JAVA,MAVEN, JAVA Multi threading, JMX, Web Services and XML.

Create unit testing with JUnit and MOCKITO for full code coverage.

Participate in design, development and implementation of complex trading applications.

Provide support to QA team to perform end-to-end testing.

Maintain and support existing applications by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in a multithreaded environment using code profiling/diagnostic tools.

Must have JAVA,MAVEN, JAVA Multi threading,JMX, Web Services and XML background.

Participate in design, development and implementation of complex trading applications.

Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives.

Provide support to QA team to perform end-to-end testing and assist the user interface and other internal/external teams during product development and integration testing.

Maintain and support existing applications by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in a multithreaded environment using Microsoft WinDBG and other code profiling/diagnostic tools.
