• Project Details: several trading application upgrade and new development projects
• Tech Stacks: Core Java (Collections, API, Concurrency), Multithreading, Spring, EMS (Tibco/MQ/Solace), Relational Database (SQL Server), Autosys, Unix Scripting, Oracle Coherence (Distributed Caching), some CI and Big Data

Responsibilities of Java Developer

• Communicate with the stakeholders of the application and technology peers to deliver the functionality
• Coordinate with onshore business and technology teams
• Set direction, guide and mentor team members on technical direction of implementations
• Ensure development and build out of a high quality development team
• Design/architect solutions to deliver on business requirements
• Proactively solve problems and coordination of teams

Requirements of Java Developer

• Passion for software craftsmanship
• Drive to understand and exercise emerging technology trends
• Ability to hear business strategy and solution technical delivery
• Current (or recent) experience in server-side core java, with a focus on multi-threading and low latency systems

Pluses of Java Developer
