Job Description

• 5+ years experience in building architectures that are distributed, highly scalable over NoSQL databases, Big-Data, application integration, in-memory caches, and security
• Broad knowledge of contemporary technologies and frameworks blended with experience of working with relevant ones (Spring, REST/JSON, Oracle, Couchbase, JMS, Kafka, Jenkins, Open Shift, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Understanding of web technologies such as Java, JavaScript, JQuery, JSP, and RESTful web services
• 3+ years of expertise and understanding of Web Service API's for integration purposes
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture, Scalability and Non-functional (Performance, High Availability, Security)
• Telecom Billing domain knowledge is plus

Job Responsibilities

• 5+ years prior experience in architecture/designing systems/applications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with building apps
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent understanding of system integration concepts
• Ability to understand client requirements and delivering solutions through standard practices, incorporating frameworks, development language and methodologies
• Establish architecture, design and principles and guidelines
• Can articulate the choice of technologies and patterns
• Can articulate a solution end to end
• Ensure project execution using prevalent design patterns
• Support members in the development teams in assimilating the knowledge of the technology stack and in disbursing that knowledge to the rest of the team

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
