Position Objective:
Our client is looking to hire 2 resources to take care of Network Operations
for their Riyadh and Eastern Region offices including Installation and
management of Data Centre Switches/Routers. For e.g. Cisco Nexus Configuring HA
(High availability) on switches/routers.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
* Installing/managing data centre switches/routers. For e.g. Cisco Nexus
Configuring HA on switches/routers.
* Creation of access lists, extended access lists.
* Troubleshooting switching, routing, desktop, network issues.
* Administration/management of Cisco Call centre application, IP telephony.
* Administration/fine-tuning of network/server monitoring tools like
SolarWinds
* Need to coordinate with external vendors like DELL/HP/Solar-Winds/
Checkpoint/ Barracuda to solve issues.
* Managing Access control (Fingerprint), CCTV recording.Qualification and
Skills
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering
* At least 5 years overall experience in Network Administration domain.
* Experience in switch/router up-gradation, backup, AD integration, tracing
ports, port security, port level traffic controls, network segmentation,
trunking, spanning tree, storm control.
* Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in:
* administration/fine-tuning of Help desk tools like SolarWinds
* administration/management of EDR like Kaspersky/Symantec
* administration/management of ModusGate Smtp gateway
* administration/management of WSUS, SolarWinds patch manager
* Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and
Arabic language.
