Austin Energy seeks an IT Business Systems Analyst Senior to join our Business Quality Management team. This position will report to the Division Manager and focus on budget and performance reporting services as well as vendor and contract management for technology portfolios.

The individual should be a strong collaborator and communicator, flexible and adaptable, problem-solver, and consensus-builder.

JOB DUTIES

• Assist with the preparation of technology budgets, perform expense monitoring and forecasting
• Conduct periodic reviews of the technology vendor portfolios, SLA adherence, service performance and contract execution to continually evaluate and maximize contract value, service delivery and innovation
• Coordinate operational software and technology service projects through scope development, review and solicitation package preparation
• Create reports including technology spend analysis, asset portfolio management, audit data, federal, local, and utility government compliance reporting
• Collaborate with IT decision makers, owners and end users to define technology acquisition requirements and goals
