  • The Business Intelligence (BI) Intermediate role is to install, test, and support BI software, systems, and hardware including integration with databases, and report writing. This position will participate in the on-call process.
  • Working on Power BI administration. Config workspaces and security setup.
  • Analyze dataset failure issues.
  • Working with new requirements and supporting customer issues
  • Create tickets with MS.
  • ECI / EPIC upgrades / Hyperspace issues / Crystal reports
  • Maintain and create new Control M jobs
  • On call
  • Working with ETL / DB Teams on data related issues
