Job Description Healthcare Program Manager with Provider Experience

Duration- 12+ months

Location- Remote

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Strong understanding of provider data and provider data systems.
• Ability to trace and understand the utility of provider data across the health plan enterprise functions, including credentialing, claims, provider portal, care management, utilization management and risk adjustment
• Understanding of business processes in provider data and how provider data is shared between systems
• Understanding of the use cases surrounding provider data for a health plan and the inter-connectedness of the data across platforms
• 5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
