Healthcare Business Analyst / Project Manager

About the Job

As part of a small, integration/implementation team, you will facilitate the successful integration of new vendors to their platform.

• This role is 75% Business Analyst and 25% Project Management.
• You will act as the Relationship Manager with the new vendors, developing and analyzing requirements, working with functional leaders to understand how functional areas will be impacted by the integration.
• You will collaborate with Software Developers for any technical changes/requirements for successful integration.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in the medical insurance industry (Healthcare Payer / HMO / TPA, etc.) with the ability to "talk the talk" in this space
• Prior experince as a Business Analyst defining requirements, working as a liaison between technical and functional teams with the ability to form strong partnerships.
• Strong Project Management skills to keep the on boarding projects organized and moving forward, tracking and ensuring milestones are met.
