WV Health Services Organization has a long term contract position in Charleston, WV for a Health IT Project Manager. Work can mostly be done remotely but will require minimal travel.

The Health IT Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent IT onboarding and implementation projects primarily associated with HL7 and IHE standard connections. This individual will proactively manage day to day project activities including defining and documenting project scope, identifying and securing needed resources both internal and external, scheduling and leading project meetings, documenting and following through on task assignments, ensuring project roadblocks are identified and addressed, and advancing projects through to completion. This individual should have the ability to work collaboratively with various technical and non-technical team members, earn the trust of internal and external stakeholders, set project direction, manage task prioritization, and execute projects at an accelerated pace.

Preferred

• Familiarity with MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Healthcare IT or healthcare industry experience
