You have: 2+ years of frontend software engineering and/or related industry work experience Solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts Experience with ReactJS or other modern JavaScript web framework (Vue, Angular, Ember, etc) Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, progressive enhancement and graceful degradation, responsive design, website performance, and accessibility Experience building reusable UI component libraries Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, InVision Experience with software engineering best practices and related tools like Github, JIRA Well-versed and experience in Agile methodologies Product minded: Committed to providing an excellent user experience Understand the trade-offs in employing different engineering solutions to a problem, valuing pragmatism over idealism Excellent verbal and written communication skills Curious about new technologies and willingness to learn Interest in the business of banking o Success in uncovering relevant and effective insights and in communicating them to stakeholders in a way that makes them useful will be strongly contingent on your ability to appreciate and assimilate the bankers' perspective.
