Job Description:
Our Indy-local healthcare client is seeking a Digital Marketing Data Analyst for a contract opportunity.
Digital Marketing Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities that align with customer needs and help to improve and differentiate the customer experience
- Develop campaign performance metrics, funnel metrics, executive staff reporting, and KPI reporting
- Identify data gaps and create ways to capture that data
- Define, manage, and share VoC reporting methodology, standards and best practices. Influence internal stakeholders to move from insights to action to improve CX metrics
- Create effective, concise reports and proposals that quickly inform and influence leadership at various levels
Digital Marketing Data Analyst Must Haves:
- 5+ years relevant experience in business intelligence and customer insights or 5+ years in a data analyst position
- Customer experience
- Data modeling
- Developing reporting and KPI reporting
- Experience with B2B and B2C marketing operations
- Proficiency in Analytics tools (Google analytics, Adobe analytics, Datastudio, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into meaningful and actionable information
Digital Marketing Data Analyst Nice to Haves:
- Experience working in a regulated healthcare environment
- Experience working in a complex global environment
- Experience using VOC platforms (e.g. Medallia, Qualtrics)
- Presenting data to executive stakeholders
