PL/SQL).

As a senior developer he will be responsible for working independently on analysis, design and development of solutions as per business and technical requirements. He will also be working with the larger team of developer, architects and technical analyst to solution for larger programs.

 

Technical Skills Desired:

OpenShift and/or Rancher, Javascript

 

Job Duties and required skill sets:

  • Domain knowledge of Cable MSO including Wireless
  • Knowledge on overall OSS stack functionalities and specific focus on Provisioning.
  • Experience or knowledge in any Telecom/Wireless provisioning and activation platforms
  • Knowledge on order management and fulfillment systems
  • Experience in migration of services from one Vendor/System/Tool to another
  • Work closely with Principal Architects, Lead Developers, Product, Program and Operations team members to ensure that the design and technical architectural direction for Cox applications/systems are aligned to support key business segment initiatives.
  • Create delivery estimates based on solution architecture approach.
  • Translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural design and solutions.
  • Responsible for creating solution architecture documents, design documents, etc.
  • Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, and other project documentation and come up with a viable technical architecture and solution
  • Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases, Test Stubs and Drivers, and other Development test objects as appropriate.
  • Prior experience of working in Lean/Agile methodologies
  • Develop Proof of Concepts
  • Develop Common reusable frameworks & components
  • Proficient in design and development of microservices.
  • Develop /update JBPM based applications.
  • Create or contribute towards creation of Detailed Interface Specifications
  • Develop code as per industry best practices and standards
  • Perform peer review of code developed by other developers
  • Review defects/issues logged by QA teams or from production, triage and investigate issues. Work with QA, Ops and other partner teams
  • Performance tuning recommendations
  • Interface specifications review
  • Documentation for Service Level Agreements (SLA) between different layers of Eco-System
  • Workstream Delivery Plan
  • Risks/Actions/Issues/Decisions (RAID) Log
