CBO - Project Delivery Specialist - Full Stack Java Developer - TPP

Work you will do/Responsibilities
•Innovating solutions to work around system limitations

•Working with quality assurance teams in systems similar to JIRA and or Confluence
•Problem solving with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error delivering high quality work and adapting to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team

The team
Core Industry Solutions
Our Core Industry Solutions practice encompasses industry vertical, sector specific solutions that leverage distinct technologies to drive operational change and automate the core of the business. Examples of the type of work we deliver to our clients includes Digital CARE (Epic), Insurance CST (Guidewire), and Digital Banking Solutions (nCino).

The team brings experience from across Deloitte to leverage common approaches, best practices, and strategic investments to scale these solutions by industry strategy. Professionals will focus on key client issues that are at the core of the business by integrating our industry expertise with deep technical and operational transformation capabilities.

Qualifications
Required


•Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
•Expertise in Java application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
•5+ years of hands-on Java application development experience
•Must have hands-on experience in Java technologies - JSP, EJB, JMS, Spring, Spring Boot, Transfer protocols - (SFTP, HTML, XML), Web Services/APIs (REST and SOAP) and UI frameworks - JavaScript, Angular JS, jQuery, CSS
•Technical development expertise in web-based applications and UI development tools such as Angular, backend environments (i.e. Unix, Windows) and data stores (Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL)
•Working experience using Application/Web servers such as Tomcat, Apache Web Server, IBM WebSphere is preferred
•Proficiency in writing unit tests and using testing frameworks such as Cucumber/Selenium is preferred and load testing tools such LoadRunner
•Experience in developing web/component/ Service based applications is required
•Experience with version control practices, procedures and tools such as Subversion or GIT (Bit Bucket) and code migration tools such as AIM
•Experience related to Conversion from "WebLogic to tomcat", "JSP to angular", "move out of struts and EJB to spring boot architecture"
•WebSphere and networking Experience
•Must be willing to live and work in the Tampa, FL area
