Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, Master's or MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years applied experience as a business analyst engaged in complex technology projects.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills essential.
• Sound analytical and decision-making capabilities along with good follow up skills. Background in data analytics a big plus.
• Advanced with MS Excel, advanced skills with Visio and other MS Office products preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and possess exceptional organizational skills.
• Proven aptitude to work collaboratively with multiple team members.

Responsibilities:

• Business analysis and requirements gathering for technology projects of varying size and scope.
• Gather day-to-day functional details to assist with decision making.
• Assist with the analysis of impacts of proposed solutions on existing business and operational processes.
• Present technical and non-technical information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
• Manage the review, discussion, and agreement for business requirements documentation.
• Define testing scenarios and write test cases, as applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
