Business Analyst Healthcare

Job Description:

• Must be well-versed with US healthcare industry with 5+ years of experience exclusively in healthcare projects.
• The candidate must be deeply rooted in healthcare domain knowledge and must possess strong problem-solving skills to address customer business problems
• The candidate must have adequate hands on skills to play a role beyond healthcare SME as per needs (e.g. work as a business analyst, assist in application configuration, data migration etc.)
• Demonstrate experience in requirement elicitation, system analysis and translating business problems to functional specification in healthcare projects
• Expertise in creating workflows / process maps / cross functional flowcharts / integration architecture in compliance with healthcare technologies, industry standards and regulatory compliances
• Knowledge of Personal Care, Billing, Claims and other Healthcare modules on Cloud applications like Alayacare etc.
• Thorough skills in front ending with varying client personas ranging from LoB Heads to product managers for SME level engagement in proposals / projects
