DynTek, Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for Windows System Engineer in Mastic Beach, NY. You will possess at 7+ years of experience in a Network setting. This is a hands-on role that includes experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong understanding and hands on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10,
• Perform domain and group policy configurations
• Create and deploy Windows based secure images used for computers utilizing Microsoft WDS and ADK
• Patch management and automation
• Ability to write advanced power shell scripts and applications leveraging Active Directory
• Handle support escalations from Level 1 support team
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, Certification Authority, and IIS services
• Setup, manage, and maintain VMware vSphere/vCenter

PREFERRED RESPSONSIBILITIES

• Experience managing Google Workspace and Chromebooks
• Manage content filtering devices, Email security gateway, and message archiver
• Manage SAN infrastructure, replication, and backups
• Setup, manage, and maintain Cisco Meraki wireless infrastructure
• Cisco VOIP support and maintenance
• Maintenance and configuration Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco Wireless LAN controllers, Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (including VPN), and Cisco Access Control Server

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other similar related field and 5 years of industry experience in related Practice technologies
• 7+ years of industry experience in related Practice technologies in lieu of degree
