The University of Virginia's Miller Center seeks a Web Developer/Administrator to contribute to the ongoing work of its website. This position will join a collaborative team of creative scholars, writers, designers, video producers, and technologists who together maintain the Center's website and other web-based technologies. This position will report directly to the Assistant Director of Information Technology. This position is anticipated to begin on or about August 29, 2022.
The ideal candidate will already have experience with Drupal development or the ability to learn it quickly with training to be supported by the Center. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of and competence with JavaScript, PHP, CSS, and MySQL database administration. Other required and preferred qualifications may be found below.

Physical Demands
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require walking some distance to attend meetings and programs.
This position is anticipated to be in the office or a hybrid work environment.

This is a restricted position which is anticipated to begin on or about August 29, 2022 and extends through June 16, 2024.
