TITLE: WEB DESIGNER

LOCATION: REMOTE IN THE U.S.

ICS is looking a Web Designer, with a focus on the UI/UX perspective, to join our client's Global Web Marketing team to support and contribute to visual and interactive design to draw in new business and develop affinity with current customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Supports and contributes design efforts of the global website
• Work with team to produce wireframes, mockups, visual design comps, and interactive prototypes of UX ideas using design library.
• Design responsive experiences for mobile and desktop that support multiple languages
• Work with a variety of cross-functional teams to create an experience that supports go to market strategies and showcase content
• Consult and collaborate with team members and stakeholders on designs, and requirements.
• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
• Cont inually keep yourself updated with the latest changes in your industry's standards.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 2+ years of experience designing web pages; including layout, user interface graphics, navigation and graphics
• Strong visual design skills
• Ability to clearly communicate complicated designs visually and simply
• Experience with B2B and B2C web design
• Experience with PhotoShop, InVision, Illustrator. Adobe Experience Manager a plus
• Experience creating a website from scratch
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Graphic Design or equivalent experience
