Data Intelligence is looking for a dynamic remote Web Application Developer to join our Data Intelligence team!
Essential Qualifications & Duties

• 2-4 years’ experience with JavaScript or TypeScript & modern UI frameworks (React, Angular 2, Material UI)
• 2-4 years building and consuming RESTful API’s and knowledge of best practices
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI tools, preferably GitLab CI or similar
• Experience building cloud-native applications and improving scalability & reliability of existing ones
• Experience with developing in Java 8+ and Spring Framework
• Experience with source code (HP Fortify) and Information Assurance (IA) scanning tools , as well as, perform remediation (need a specific tool for scanning)
• Linux experience
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g. Cypress, Selenium, JUnit)
• Experience with DevSecOps development approach.
• Experience using Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications & Duties

• Experience with Test Driven Development and Paired Programming
• Experience with GeoServer, PostGIS and knowledge of common GeoSpatial standards
• Experience with CesiumJS or similar geospatial frontend frameworks
• Ability to analyze software vulnerabilities and work with external Security Assessors to identify and implement mitigations
• Ability to provide guidance and resources to other developers via code reviews, documentation, & hands-on instruction
• Some experience producing or consuming event streams from platforms like Apache Kafka
• Some experience with JPA & Hibernate
• Some Experience with Postgres or similar RDBMS

Remote position with production integration at lab 2-4 times per month at client site in Philadelphia.
