Duties/ Responsibilities
- Interface with developers, team leads, project managers, and customers to translate architecture and other technical solutions into design products and document UX/UI requirements
- Develop effective UX/UI prototypes using industry standard software (basic HTML/jQuery, Photoshop/InDesign)
- Create and implement responsive, accessible, CSS, HTML, & jQuery primarily in DotNet, Angular, and Cold Fusion
- Collaborate with UI/UX team members during design and content reviews to refine user experiences
- Create and support prototypes and web applications with the following criteria:
- Accessible — Be accessible to individuals with disabilities in accordance with Section 508
- Consistent — Have a consistent appearance
- Authoritative — Not overlap with or duplicate existing websites
- Searchable — Contain a search function
- Secure — Be provided through a secure connection
- User-centered — Be designed around user needs with data-driven analysis
- Customizable — Provide an option for a more customized digital experience
- Responsive/Mobile-friendly — Be functional and usable on mobile devices.
- Maintain/contribute to an efficient, reusable libraries of design information for future use
- Create solutions that adhere to design and brand guidelines
- Apply results of web usage discussions, usability testing, and internal user research
- Work with UX/UI Lead to support the creation and maintenance of standards and procedures
- Occasionally create or resize graphics and logos
- Use Azure & GIT to setup, run, and modify solutions
Required Skills/Abilities

Nice to Have Skills
- BS degree in related field
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the field
Travel Requirement:
- Travel not expected. Currently 100% remote. However, expect this role to be partially onsite once COVID restrictions end
Clearance Requirement:
- Active Secret clearance
