Pay up to $125,000/year

Minneapolis, MN

Looking for someone to join a small team that is completely building out a new product from scratch. In this role you will be responsible for creating standardizations and defining the style guide. This person will be responsible for working within an Agile team with a team of developers, including a PM, BA and Architect with a goal to create a better client experience. You will also be heavily involved in choosing the technologies and strategies for this team and product moving forward.

• 3-5 years experience designing web and mobile applications
• Bachelors Degree
• Knowledge in the Information Architecture space
• Knowledge of interaction design, user-centered design processes, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques
• Experience working within an Agile team
• Experience with Jira or Confluence
• Experience with UI Visual Design
• Experience creating standardizations and the style guide
• Front End Development experience is a plus
• Mobile Development experience is a plus
