Our client, a software development/digital transformation agency based in Dallas, is supporting enterprise customers with their leading edge, web technology initiatives. With a goal to introducing new platforms, next generation web applications, they undertake proofs of concept that become custom software development services. Taking a client-centered approach, you will work closely with your stakeholders to deliver a final product that will drive business and achieve their vision.

They want to hire a React Developer with strong problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated knowledge of application architecture. The development work will primarily focus on web application development using heavy JavaScript, ReactJS, and Redux. Aside from hands-on development, this position will work collaboratively with the technical team on technical strategy and design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively serve as a member of Agile/Scrum software development team
• Translate designs and requirements into high quality code
• Build and organize development workflows to optimize code delivery and efficiency
• Work collaboratively with the technical team on application architecture strategy
• Write technical specification documents
• Participate in code and design reviews

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a computer related field.
• Minimum 5 years of web application development experience for large, consumer facing products.
• Expert in vanilla JavaScript
• Solid React experience (with state management like Redux or MobX)
• Experience developing Single Page Applications
• CSS3 using Less or SASS
• TypeScript, ES6
• Experience with enterprise application development
• Knowledgeable in Isomorphic JavaScript concepts and solutions

Bonus Points if you have experience with:

• NodeJS with Express
• AWS Lambda
• Server Side Rendering
