Position: Test Manager OR QA Manager

Location: Boston, MA

Length: Full Time with Cigniti and deputed at our client place.

• Should have experience as a Test Manager. Should be well versed with different types of testing with banking domain preferably.
• Should have good Presentation skills, Thought leadership, People Management skills. Should be good at relationship management with the team, customer to execute our projects with quality deliverables & value adds
• Should be good at Risk Management, Test Estimations, Governance etc.
• Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationship with customer(s), connecting with key executives and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executives
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
• Should be good in listening and negotiation skill
• Should have excellent communication skills. Should have 'Go get' attitude
• Should be able to work in onsite/offshore model and should be able to take the engagement to next level

Experience in STLC process, creating Test plan, test cases and engineering best practices related to software test engineering
