Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Team Lead - C#- Wilmington, DE or Buffalo, NY

This job will have the following responsibilities:
Leads the activities of one or multiple scrum teams. Assists with the budget of cost center(s) spanning concurrent development streams. Assists with long and short-term strategic direction for the functional team for multiple applications and/or cost centers. Serves as primary contact to the Technology leadership team and business partners. Assists in the development and career planning for all team members.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of an Associate degree and 7 years' technology or systems management/leadership experience, or in lieu of a degree a combined minimum of 9 years' higher education and/or work experience
• Strong Full Stack engineering experience, either in .NET Core or Java Springboot, combined with Front End UI skills
• Computer science, development and/or systems engineering background required
• Experience in front-end frameworks like Angular, VueJS, React, Typescript a significant plus
• Experience in .NET, C#, Java, Python, Scala a significant plus
• Passion for or experience in servant leadership a significant plus
• Wealth Management domain understanding
