The Enterprise Finance Technology (EFT)team is part of Global Technology & Operations working on various internal projects support the Finance Organization. Typically, the EFT team is responsible for overall program/project management, business analysis and requirements, functional design, testing, organization readiness and deployment activities. The role is part of the Core Finance LOB Projects team which supports lines of business across the enterprise with small and medium sized projects, or portions of large, more complex projects impacting financial systems including general ledger, financial and regulatory reporting, tax, and reference data systems. Activities include engagement with relevant parties to understand impacts of upcoming changes to financial systems, collaboration to plan and execute testing, preparation for deployment and subsequent control activities. The role works closely with LOB Project and Operation team members, Global Technology and Operations and CFO stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Directs all aspects of the project life cycle and works with internal constituents and matrix partners to oversee all phases of the project, including organization readiness for the impacted users and applications
  • Accountable for managing and analyzing issues/risks, developing alternative approaches/mitigation plans and facilitating implementation or removal of roadblocks across partners
  • Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain agreement between partners
  • Rigorously manages scope to ensure agreed/approved/appropriate value is delivered and commitments are achieved within time, cost, and quality parameters
  • Ensures transparency to key stakeholders, sponsor and champion
  • Accountable for the change and project management processes that support the project in accordance with the Enterprise Change Standards
  • Represents the project in various governance forums



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years prior project/change management experience
  • Working familiarity with PPRT for program and project management
  • Working familiarity with PCM for initiative financial management
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient
  • Must have a great working attitude, be flexible and have experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with managers, peers and partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them
  • Business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal outcomes



PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reporting experience
  • Working familiarity with JIRA and AgileView
  • BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with systems development lifecycle practices/methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall methods
  • Other technical skills, including MS Access, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
