The Catalyst Team is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team as full-time employee.

Open to remote locations, excluding Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project (or multiple small-scale projects) including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication, and cost, in order to manage the completion of work for a specific area.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget and that it meets or exceeds expectations.
• Understand project management, budgeting, product lifecycle processes and agile methodologies will be key for success in this role.
• Function within a fast-paced/ high profile project, have excellent communication skills, the ability to work across teams, roll out complex information and pull together dashboards with details to support leadership needs.
• Controls the critical path, contingencies, scope changes and budget and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the project team from original concept through final implementation and ensure that resources are used efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program and project management.
• Technical background and/or experience driving software projects in a technical setting (cloud, application & data platform modernization solutions)
• Ability to distill ambiguocomplex initiatives into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
• Experienced with Agile - Hybrid methodology
• Experience in being highly organized, multi-tasking, ability to follow through and skills to work independently
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross functionally with all levels of staff
• Excellent written and exceptional communication skills
• Proven stakeholder and client management skills.
• Proven experience managing a delivery team.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• CSM or PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with MS Project & Office.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or related field.
