You will partner with leaders and executives across different functions to lead improvement and transformation. Through this partnership, you will take ownership for the execution of all projects within your portfolio. This individual will drive operational excellence and technical success among multi-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. Ensures the successful end-to-end delivery of a program or project through upfront client engagement.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring successful, end-to-end delivery of a project or a program through ongoing client engagement, partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of all required activities and milestones
• Responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies, performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification
• Developing annual plan for own unit and delivers data for the programs of encompassing units in the function or in the business and midterm plans
• Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
• Working together with high level people from the business at SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approaches and presents outcomes of research done
• Sharing knowledge acquired in concrete projects

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Have minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Program Management
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
• Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Have established project management skills
