Candidates must be local to either San Antonio or St. Louis. Candidates must have the ability to pass a background investigation for a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effort to design.
• Build and configure applications.
• Acting as the primary point of contact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Must have the ability to pass a background investigation for a Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical/business peers and managers. This is a heavily client-facing, functional role.
• Java Full Stack Development.
• UI/Angular.
• Spring Boot.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• SI (System Integrator) background.
• Hibernate ORM.
• Enterprise Agile.
