Job Description

We are growing!!! Our product family is looking for a Technical Lead to help lead our FAS advice mission. In this role you'll have a closer alignment to your team and business partners. You'll work directly with developers, designers, and product owner to test, build, and iterate on the latest products for our clients. Act on direct feedback from clients and advisors and have your ideas heard on how we create world-class products!

Create that experience for Advisors working with the latest technology including Angular 9, RESTful services, and AWS services like ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc. Be a part of a highly engaged team that thrives to bring the best out of each other and have fun.

In this role you will:

  • Influence our technical roadmap and strategy as we look to execute on our 2021/2022 agenda.
  • Create technical development plans for engineers
  • Collaborate with product family and department solutions architects, Enterprise Advice, CTO, and ES&F
  • Join a fun and high functioning team!



What it takes:

  • Angular expert
  • Experience with AWS (Ex. ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB)
  • Highly collaborative, fast learner and willing to work wherever you're needed on the team.
  • Experience with software engineering fundamentals including object-oriented design, data structures, dependency injection, testable code, and algorithms.
  • Excellent Javascript/Typescript knowledge and programming experience with ES5/ES6
  • Solid understanding and extensive experience with Gi
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Experience with tools like NgRx, Redux, RxJS, Angular CLI and/or NX
  • Experience with NodeJS
  • Experience consuming and developing REST APIs
  • TDD/BDD experience (Cypress, Jest, Jasmine, Karma or Chai)
  • Experience with client-side architecture and design patterns



Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years related work experience, with at least two years of development experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
