Top 3 requirements:

• Experience with coding in the past
• Excellent communication skills
• 5 yrs of technical experience
• Experience with non-coding related technical work
• Familiar with java and single sign on and oracle
• Understanding of CI/CD Devops

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: He needs a person to work on technical, but non-coding related work (Example infrastructure, CI/CD, automation and related items)

• Someone Use to write code but doesn't want to anymore
• Technology related work - single sign on integration
• Or if they need new servers - talk to infra team and engage dev team and figure out what configurations they need from the DB
• Technical Consultant - not a BA role
• Similar to a Tech Delivery Manager role but won't actually be managing people
• Will be speaking with external vendors who's products they are trying to use understanding their APIs and getting those approvals (this is technical because they may need to talk to the cloud governance committee - how do you receive the data etc)
• Prior java and oracle would be a nice to have
