Job Description:
Our growing client is looking for a rockstar Sr. UX Designer ! The right person for this role is someone who is excited about a fast paced work environment where you to design an elegant experience in a complex industry from the ground up. An ideal candidate loves detailed workflows and wants to design products that enhance user experience and solve their problems. A strong portfolio of successful technical projects is essential. You will be joining our dynamic team to make our products more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create personas through user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Required Skills:

• 8+ years working in the UX industry/space
• Strong portfolio of web design projects
• Background in project management and research
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Invision, Figma)

BonSoft Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
