5-9 years of Salesforce administration experience
• Must Have experience in implementing Salesforce.com-based solutions.
• Must have Salesforce administrator certification
• Understanding of the organization’s business
• Solid Salesforce.com skills and ideally understand the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Must be proactive, organized, and logical
• In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC
Desired Skills and Traits:
• Knowledge of AutoPilot marketing automation tool and the integration to Salesforce
• Knowledge of Conga an end-to-end contract management tool and the
Salesforce Administrator will work to ensure that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs as a key member of SF integration Team. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs to build, administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will serve as the "go-to" for project team members, users, promote adoption, provide training, and more. Additionally, the Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, and adding basic custom fields.
