Job Description
Role: QA Test Lead
Location: Houston TX
Cloud hosted in Amazon (AWS).
Quicksight is the software used to render the UI (presentation layer).
Uses AWS Lambda, AWS Glue and other AWS tools and databases along with ECS Fargate (machine learning models).
The ideal candidate will have the capacity to not only test and be an amazing tester, but they are looking for someone to be the lead tester. Eventually there will be 4-5 people rolling up to this person, so they must have seasoned leadership skills and proven experience.
Duration: through end of 12/31/2021, but project will extend through October 2022
Scope of Work – must have experience in the following:
Operationalize the program’s Testing Methodology.
Develop the Test Plan(s).
Learn the basic purpose and function of supported applications, from both the technical and business workflow perspectives.
Build, define, and prepare testing case scenarios for web application(s).
Maintain documentation for test case scenario results.
Develop Test Phase entrance/exit criteria for Integration and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
Plan, organize, and facilitate the execution of the Integration and UAT Test Phases.
Assist business stakeholders with accessing and executing test case scenarios.
Assist in coordination of resolution for failed test case scenarios.
Provide testing status updates and reports to Project.
Assist team with performing testing of individual items as needed.
