Job Title: Sr Mechanical Engineer
Location: San Diego, CA or remote/hybrid
Duration: Direct hire, long-term
Salary range: 100-130K

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the communication necessary with all parties to ensure a successful project.
Directly or indirectly involved in writing the Proposal and Fee.
Responsible for direct and regular interaction with the clients.
Coordination and management of the team and any others involved in the project.
Be the main point of contact for the Project.
In-depth knowledge of the financial aspect of the project to ensure financial success of the project.
Leads assigned project teams as they perform their tasks and participate in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field is required.
15-20+ years of experience within the AEC industry with a consulting engineering or A/E firm, to include marketing and business development.
Proven leadership experience and managerial experience are a must.
Knowledge and experience must include using software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, and MS Office to perform complex calculations, proficiency in Building and Mechanical Codes and Standards, superior client-facing/client relationship/client management skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Current Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Market Sector Lead.
Strong Healthcare background.
Strong Advanced Technology.
LEED Accreditation is a plus.
WELL Certification is a plus.
