Phase 1- REQUIREMENTS gathering from Business group is BIG work effort in the first phase of the project. Work with Independent team - will put together requirement docs for Central Billing System
You will put together the requirement docs, the need is for a centralized billing system. Evaluate current environment, meet with users. What do they need from the central billing system that will get implemented?
None of it is automated. You will do all requirements so billing system can get selected and implemented. You will be reporting into an AVP and CIO
Phase 2 will be looking at the package, what to choose, Pega, Guidewire, thunderhead, Duck Creek etc. Selection/implementation of insurance platforms systems;

SME with broad insurance background skills - experience in different insurance environments
Working with vendors to match business users and software requirements
