Description: Duties and Responsibilities
* Evaluate, design, code, optimize, troubleshoot and modify Microsoft SQL databases and database applications
* Model databases and develop tables, stored procedures, views, triggers, and other database objects
* Tune databases for optimum performance
* Work closely with other developers to integrate databases with other applications and reports
* Review and interpret ongoing business requirements
* Responsible for all aspects of database design, development and deployment
* Produce ER data models
* Develop database documentation
* Limited amount of database administration
Required Qualifications:
* Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or related degree
* Experience as a SQL Server Database Developer for 6-9 years.
* Highly proficient in SQL Server and T-SQL coding
* High degree of proficiency in SSIS & SSRS
* Highly proficient in performance tuning
* Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment
* Self-starter, motivated, exceptional analytical and communication skills
* Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
* Team player
* Good time-management skills
Nice to have:
* Supply Chain & Warehouse Mgmt software experience
* Airline industry experience
* Mid-Level proficiency in SSAS
* Entry level knowledge of .Net coding and development
* Entry level experience with AWS cloud database technologies
