Position: SQL DBA
Location: Salt lake City, Utah, USA (as of now it is Remote)
Duration: 12 Months


Experience in supporting IT operations using an onsite offshore delivery model.
Handson experience on the below points is must
• Good experience on SQL versions SQL 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2014, & 2017.
• Good experience on SQL Server database & server migration activities.
• Good experience on Database upgrade activities.
• Strong knowledge of backups, restores, recovery models, database shrink operations, DBCC commands, Clustering, Database mirroring, Replication.
• Excellent knowledge and experience on SQL Server, Database collation settings
• Experience on troubleshooting collation issues.
• Experience on AlwaysOn high availability( Configuring & troubleshooting ).
• Knowledge of SQL Server tools ( Profiler, DTA, SSMS, PerfMon, DMA(data migration assistant ) DMVs, system s-procs)
• Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Work independently based on the mentorship provided by managers.
• Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
