Experienced Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator
Job Description
• 7+ years SQL DBA on multiple instances
• 5+ years MS SQL Server DBA on multiple databases with SQL Server 2008/2014/2016 utilities and tools
• Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment.
• Experience working with Oracle advanced features such as Data Guard, and OEM
• Backup and recovery processes and technologies using Oracle RMAN
• Broad technical knowledge of client/server and web-based environments
• Some level of shell-script is helpful
• Some level of PL/SQL is helpful
• Some level of understanding of database encryption technologies (TDE)
• SQL Server database patches and hotfixes
Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues
