Work you'll do

• Implements and designs server, network, and software configurations for cloud computing infrastructures and applications with a focus on DevSecOps principles
• Monitors the performance of systems, and have experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology, including Software as Service (SaaS), Platform as Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
• Provide recommendations for migrating to the cloud and supports design and implementation
• Plans for system and application migration(s) to the cloud, adhering to the client's technical and business requirements
• Develop and document technical designs for integration and implementation of new cloud applications and systems
• Assist in the development of major features and implementations, including helping to design the architecture for those features
• Architect and design enhancements and interfaces with client SMEs to provide enterprise architecture expertise across platforms
• Design solution recommendations and enforce consistency across applications

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline), OR 10 years of comparable work experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employee sponsorship, now or anytime in the future
• Must have an active TS/SCI
• Willingness to obtain a Polygraph test
• Cloud architect certified (e.g, AWS Solutions Architect)
• Experience in developing, testing, and production of environments in accordance with SDLC guidelines
• Experience within the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense
• 7+ years of experience with planning, architecting, and implementing cloud environments
• Monitors the performance of systems
• Experience with implementing and designs server, network, and software configurations for a cloud computing infrastructure and applications with a focus on DevOps principles
• Experience with monitoring the performance of systems
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology, including Software as Service (SaaS), Platform as Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
• Automation scripting experience with GitHub, Jenkins or scripting languages including Terraform, Ansible, Shell, Bash, or Perl
• Experience standing up cloud solution environments
• Facilitate discussions on Scrum or Agile best practices, workflows, and tools usage
• Experience leading an innovation pipeline by championing and discerning new creative approaches
• Soft skills communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict management, and critical thinking

Preferred:

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
