Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a SharePoint Developer, involving SharePoint development activities for an existing government client. The place of performance is in Rosslyn, VA. Although the position does offer some telework, onsite work will also be required.

POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE BUT WILLING TO SPONSOR FOR A CLEARANCE

Responsibilities

• Engage in design, building, implementation and maintenance of innovative information technology applications.
• Ability to provide innovative solutions to effectively streamline customer’s processes.
• Research the best possible solution for the customer given limited resources.

Qualifications

• A degree in the field of computer science or a related discipline is preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience using REACT
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience using Angular, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Three years of experience with Sites, Site Collections, and lists and libraries in SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online and/or Office 365.
• Two years of experience with SharePoint Designer and workflow implementation.
• Two years of experience managing large projects.
• Two years of experience providing customer support.
• Five to seven years of experience in Front End Web/SharePoint Development.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including explaining technical and program requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Applicable knowledge of API/RESTful services.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and with a team.
• Strong time management and attention to detail skills.
