Job Description
Role: SharePoint Middleware Admin Manager
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Expertise in SharePoint, IIS, Windows, SQL, Oracle, Aware, Metalogix, Virtualization, Tools (ULS, FERB, Splunk, nGenius, Candor), InfoPath, OneDrive
- Migration SME (On-premise to Cloud, O365 to O365, File Share to O365)
- Familiar with MS Teams, AWS, Azure, O365, SharePoint online, Yammer, PowerShell, TFS, Flow, Power Platform, Forms, ServiceNow, ITIL Process, Firewall, Load Balancer, SSL
- Experience in handling executive level meeting and working in onshore offshore model
- Experience in leading/managing a team
SharePoint Middleware, Metalogix, O365, PowerShell, SQL Server, TFS, Azure, AWS, SSL, Firewall, Load Balancer
- Client management for technical and operational requirements
- SharePoint project management experience primarily on SharePoint platform bridging business needs and IT solutions utilizing SharePoint OOTB features and functionality
- Experience with leading the teams between onshore and offshore for upgrade, Migration, project deliverables
- Familiarity with SharePoint security, content types, columns, managed metadata, Advance Search, SQL Queries,

- Level 4 problem ticket escalations and root cause analysis
- ServiceNow, CMDB, change management governance including major incident co-ordination
- ECC, Firewall, Load balancer, SSL maintenance activities
- Custom Connector, Azure Gateways, Data connection expertise on creation and maintenance
- Business opportunity and solution transformation design
- License and cost optimization in new and existing platform
