We are looking for a strong software developer to play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, implementing, and test features in our software system. Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full stack features across our back end services and some front end services.
• Own and implement software systems for controlling robots.
• Improve our software practices by providing guidance through architecture designs, design and code reviews.
• Work with product, backend, and operation teams to identify needs, gather requirements and compile requirement documents.
• Integrate and test software with backend, simulation and on physical robots
• Work with and mentor software engineering team members.
• Help build an amazing software team by participating in our hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of Software development experience
• Strong Understanding of JavaScript ecosystem
• Experience with Node.JS
• Strong knowledge of React, Redux, TypeScript
• Comfortable with modern software engineering practice, including code review, version control, testing, and continuous integration.
• Excellent collaborative, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with Microservices architectures and/or Multi-Tier distributed backend systems

Bonus:

• Experience with 3D rendering (Three.js, WebGL, ...)
• Experience with Docker development and deployment workflows.
• Experience with Developing applications that were hosted on AWS or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience in Python, backend systems, and databases.
• Experience with React.JS, Typescript is a plus
• Experience with data streaming (WebSocket), video streaming (WebRTC), and network performance.
• Experience with ROS or other pubsub systems.
