Responsibilities:



Should have Salesforce implementation experience and is responsible for various departments in the client switching to Salesforce.

Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture is highly desired.

Ownership of short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of functional salesforce strategy and the operational business application direction of the Department.

Requires ability to influence others to accept salesforce best practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.

Developing and executing a Development Operations (DevOps) strategy to ensure quality Salesforce deployments and overall application health and performance.

Optimizes relationships between the application support/development, quality assurance and IT infrastructure / data management operations teams.

Promotes communication, integration, and collaboration for enhanced application software development productivity, and best practices to improve operational performance.

Requires broad technical Salesforce knowledge and experience across a variety of IT areas, including infrastructure, development, data management, operations, security, and quality assurance.

Coordinate with the organization and Vendor throughout the Support Period..

Public sector project leadership experience is a plus.

Salesforce Platform and project delivery experience is preferred.

Ability to simultaneously manage multiple departments with Salesforce support.



Qualification / Certification:

MBA preferred.

Salesforce Consultant certifications preferred.
