Job Summary

In this role, you will lead a Program which consists of three major workstreams to implement a Warehouse and Labor Management System. Primary Job Responsibilities

• Lead multiple workstreams within Program Evolution, consisting of working directly with product engineering and the Business to assist in the release of HighJump Warehouse Management System and Blue Yonder Labor Management System

• Matrix manage IT, Business teams and workstream PMs

• Manage collaboration between multiple teams including processing and scheduling as well as assessing information efficiently, communicating status, progress, risks, and issues, escalating blockers, and tracking action items

• Help identify options to overcome obstacles and create mitigation plans to work through challenges to ensure project success

• Identify and manage cross program / project risks and dependencies

• Work to develop strategies and tactics to enhance delivery and efficiency; ensure that these programs deliver desired business outcomes

• Defining and delivering team goals and outcomes

• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, stakeholder organizations, and leaders to provide the necessary visibility and foster effective cross-functional interaction

• Monthly Program CAPEX and Transformational OPEX budget reconciliation

• Manage external WMS Implementation team

• Manage Program schedule and adjust in line with business environment

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience as a technical program manager

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs or projects to produce results in a timely manner

• Comfortable with effectively managing and adapting to change

• Comfortable with managing complex cross-functional technical programs and projects to produce results in a timely manner

• Big picture thinker

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to self-manage and self-direct; ability to work as a leader and subject matter expert in the program management space

• Leadership and decision-making skills

• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project. Excel and power point

• Comfortable with objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Key desired experience includes the following:

• Project planning and implementation skills including reporting and directing the work of others
• Experience implementing IT projects
• Contributes/leads presentation preparations
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point
• Experience developing budget estimates for project proposals
• Experience creating meeting agendas with clear outcomes, timing, and preparation needs
• Experience leading and facilitating meetings
• Ability to manage a medium / large team against tasks and milestones
• Ability to produces concise and compelling written materials
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications
