Experis, a Manpower Group company has an exciting contract opportunity for a Senior ETL Developer role at Austin,TX or Sunnyvale, CA. This position is a 12+ month contract for one of our key IT clients.

 

Job Details:
Job Role: Senior ETL Developer
Location: Austin,TX or Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 12+ Months. (Possibility for extension)

 

 













Roles & Responsibilities

    • Communicate with Client and Business Users to understand specific Business/System requirements.

    • Translate the Business Requirements of users into requirement specifications.

    • Design and develop DataStage jobs to ensure all the business requirements are met.

    • Design and develop the PL/SQL procedures as per the design documents

    • Design and develop the Cognos Reports as per the design documents

    • Diagnosing problems and analysing change impacts during minor enhancements

    • Integrating the system with new/enhanced applications and involving in project discussion with other interfacing projects

    • Perform Root Cause analysis for User requests

    • Perform Data analysis and provide short-term and long-term fixes for all data issues

    • Performance Tuning and Query Optimization

    • Attend Status Meetings on a weekly basis

    • Follow Agile framework prescribed by the customer

    • Work with geographically distributed teams to deliver the activities in agreed timelines.
